#15: Life Lessons
When people call 911 for ridiculous reasons and waste the dispatchers’ time, it’s easy to assume that nothing good came out of the situation. But you just need a different perspective: we can all learn important life lessons from these ridiculous 911 calls, and therefore they aren’t useless. They are learning experiences.

For instance, from this poster, we can learn three very important life lessons. First, if you’re going to use hair dye, make sure you do the skin test first, where you put a bit of the dye on your skin and leave it there for 48 hours to see if you’re about to have an allergic reaction. Second, if there’s an ambulance behind you, don’t assume they’re following you; just pull over and get out of their way. Third, if you expect the police to catch a perpetrator, you need a better description than “They’re ugly.” Because there are a lot of ugly people out there.
