#19: Cars Are Confusing
Not every car is designed the same. Sometimes certain things are in different places. For instance, the emergency brake could be by your right hand or up under the dash on your left. The plug for your phone could be down on the console or up in front of you somewhere. So I can understand being confused by a new car.

What I can’t understand is being so confused by the car you’re in—so thoroughly unable to figure out where different things are—that you come to believe that you are locked inside a car and that the only solution is to call 911. Heck, a lot of people leave their manuals in their glove compartments. You could check there first and see where the door latch is, and then you’ve saved yourself the embarrassment of the 911 call.
