#11: A Wild Night in Florida
I’m no expert on the flora and fauna of Orlando, Florida, but I’m nearly certain that neither kangaroos nor chupacabras are native to the area. So to have sightings of both of them in the same night—one confirmed, one probably an overreaction, given that, you know, chupacabras aren’t real—is pretty impressive, in a weird way.
But maybe it isn’t just a coincidence. Maybe the first woman saw the kangaroo, and then it hopped its little Australian way over to where the second person saw it. To be honest, if I saw a kangaroo in the dark outside my window, I can’t promise that I wouldn’t think it was a mythical goat-sucking monster. Kangaroos are kind of weird looking in real life.
