#23: Poor Posture
You probably haven’t been told to “sit up straight” since you were a kid, and that’s likely the last time you did! If we aren’t actively focused on our posture, it’s easy to find ourselves slumping over in a slouch. But as you probably already know, that’s a really bad habit.

Bad posture doesn’t just look sloppy; it’s also likely to lead to health problems. Sitting up straight is vital to avoid nerve damage and other chronic pain. Try to remind yourself throughout the day to practice good posture. Maybe it will soon become a good habit!
