#30: Smartphone Obession
Smartphones are a relatively new phenomenon for humankind, and we are clearly still adjusting to life with these devices. People spend a lot of time with their screens in front of their eyes, ignoring almost everything around them. It’s as bad as an addiction for some.
This addiction to our screens can have many harmful side effects. Not only are we missing out on the real world around us, but we’re damaging our eyes from the screen light. We are also causing posture issues, slumping over our phones all the time. Our necks are also getting damaged from looking down at our phones too much throughout the day. The best thing you can do these days is limit your smartphone time.
