#33: Hot Shower Relief
Taking a hot shower can be one of life’s greatest little pleasures. Getting clean feels terrific, but the hot water washing over you and washing the day away is the best part. It’s refreshing and relaxing. Some people love to start and end their day with a hot, relaxing shower. But be careful you don’t overdo a good thing.

Showering or taking baths too often is bad for your skin. It dries it out too much, leading to some skin conditions, such as eczema. In addition, overexposure to hot water can kill bacteria that are important in protecting your skin. Experts suggest showering once a day at most, although once every other day is better if you can stand it.
