#31: Over Snacking
A little snack here and there throughout the day can sometimes feel like just what you need to tide you over until your next meal. The concept of snacking itself isn’t wrong; the choice of snacks and the frequency can lead to problems. Most of the time, people reach for something quick, easy, and unhealthy.

Chips, cookies, and candy all give our brains a little pleasure, but that’s the only good thing you can say about them. These unhealthy snacks can lead to more significant problems; they are empty calories, which will cause you to feel sluggish and tired after a little while. In the long term, they could cause you to gain weight. Fruit is a much better choice of snack.
