#19: Snoozing Away the Morning
We’re all guilty of hitting the snooze button one or ten times in the morning. For some people, snoozing for a full hour is part of their morning routine. But, unfortunately, it isn’t a very healthy routine. In fact, it will only make us feel exhausted all day, all because of a small choice they make in the morning.
Rather than buying a little extra shut-eye when you snooze the morning away, you’re setting yourself up for failure. It sets you up for repeated, interrupted sleep cycles and doesn’t ever merit proper rest. So it’s best just to set your alarm for a realistic time and stick to that one wake-up.
