#8: The Importance of Exercise
When our daily schedules start getting busy, the first thing we tend to sacrifice is exercise. Honestly, we’re all just looking for an excuse not to exercise. “I just don’t have the time” is a common reaction to exercise. However, perhaps we should try looking at it from another angle: we can’t afford not to exercise.
Exercise is crucial for our overall well-being. The benefits last long after we’ve finished that jog. It keeps our bodies feeling well and can fight off pain and illness better than if we weren’t in shape. So, look at it this way – we can take the little time required to exercise a little bit each week, or we can suffer the long-term effects later. It’s up to you!
