#22: Enough Procrastination
You know you’re guilty of it. How many times have you said to yourself, “No need to do it now; I can do it tomorrow?” We all know how that story goes. Push comes to shove, and that thing, whatever it is, gets put off until the very last possible moment. And the odds are that it isn’t done well.
Procrastination isn’t only bad planning; it’s also unhealthy. It causes unnecessary stress and anxiety, which can have harmful physical effects. And you probably aren’t enjoying the time leading up to finally getting things done; you’re probably feeling guilty the whole time. We know it’s easier said than done, but why put off until tomorrow what you can do today?
