#9: Don’t Forget Your Sunblock
The sun’s rays are often both a blessing and a curse. The sun warms us and provides us with Vitamin D, which is essential for our well-being. Unfortunately, the sun’s ultraviolet rays are also incredibly damaging to our skin. That’s why it’s imperative to always wear sunscreen when you’re spending any time outside.
However, are you applying it appropriately? Most of the time, we’re guilty of waiting until we are at the pool or the beach before slathering it on once we’re already in the sun. The correct time to put on your sunscreen is about thirty minutes before you head outside. That time difference will provide you with the most coverage.
