You already know that you need to drink water throughout the day—a lot of water. Your size will determine precisely how much you need to drink each day, but no matter how you look at it, it’s probably a heck of a lot more than you currently squeeze in each day.
Most likely, you only grab a glass of water when you’re feeling thirsty, but that’s a mistake. Instead, you need to remind yourself throughout the day that you need to keep hydrated. Water is essential to our well-being. It can boost your immune system and also give you energy throughout the day. And it helps you feel full, so less snacking!
