#1: A Victorian Tiled Floor
This lucky homeowner put in some elbow grease and recovered this gorgeous Victorian-era floor in her home. It’s hard to imagine why anyone would want to cover such beautiful tilework with carpet, linoleum, and wood. Luckily, most of the terracotta tiles were in great condition. All it needed was a deep clean.

This tilework is a treasure you won’t find in modern homes! It’s miraculous that it was so well-preserved after all these years. The owner of this home shared that the floor was covered in layers of different flooring installed over the years.
