#44: A Deadly Discovery
If you have ever done your own home renovations, you know that things can get wild. Previous homeowners often did their own renovations in haphazard ways, slapping things together in a rush or jerry-rigging solutions that are actually pretty dangerous. That’s exactly the situation this homeowner stumbled upon when renovating their bathroom.
They opened up a wall and found more than a few pounds of old razor blades sitting inside. No big deal. Apparently, there used to be a medicine cabinet attached to this portion of the wall. There was a disposal slot installed in the wall where people could throw away their old blades after shaving. Where did they think these blades would go? Maybe they figured that was a problem for someone else to solve.
