#21: Blizzard Tips
We’ve already talked about the dangers of living in an area that is prone to heavy snow; in such a place, it’s important to be prepared with food storage and emergency supplies so that in case such a storm strikes, you are prepared to wait it out until you’re able to leave your house again.

But what if you live in a place that isn’t prone to that kind of weather? What if you live in, say, Alabama, which isn’t known for its heavy snow? You might think that you are safe, but what this post teaches us is to always be prepared for an emergency, no matter where you live. Don’t assume that you are safe where you are and that you will never need emergency food and equipment.
