#1: Where’s the Cute Pattern?
This shopper was irrationally enraged when she opened up her new tea towel. You see, this towel was folded up to show the cactus print on the front of the packaging. When this shopper purchased this towel, they assumed the print would be all over the towel. Oh, how wrong they were.

The cute cactus motif was only printed on one tiny sliver of the towel. The company folded the towel so that the pattern was the only portion visible on the packaging. This shopper isn’t dumb by any means. Anyone would have assumed that the entire towel would be covered in this pattern simply based on the packaging!
