#16: I choose my own path
Most of astrology holds the premise that things are a certain way and are out of your control. Personality traits, which job you would do well in, who you should date; for believers, astrology is the be-all/end-all of these decisions. For others? It has zero bearing. If you don’t want guidance, astrology is not for you.
Destiny and fate are highly contentious subjects, too. From philosophists to your average Joe, everyone has an opinion on whether they exist. It’s a whimsical notion that has permeated society for thousands of years, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a novel without some form of fate-vehicle to move the story forward.
