While rectangular icebergs like this spotted from the air in 2018 were initially thought to be particularly irregular, NASA has since discovered quite a few unusually angular icebergs floating around Antarctica since the ice caps started melting. This one measured about 5000 feet in length and 3000 feet in width.

Scientists have all kinds of theories about these huge ice rectangles. Some believe they are business cards sent by ice giants living in Antarctica trying to send their contact details to the rest of the world. Or maybe they’re strange quadrilateral boats for many polar bears.
