It reduces stress, helps your creative flow, increases focus and memory retention, and is 100% free with zero impact on the environment. It’s the perfect hobby to jump-start your day. Most of us have a pretty busy life, so much so, that we literally forget to breathe sometimes.
Studies show that meditation changes your brain structure too. It can increase the grey matter in your brain and build bridges between different regions. It also improves your ability to multitask! Something that will come in handy if you start taking up the other hobbies on this list.
