#26: Learn to Skate
If biking isn’t your forté (and to be honest, it’s not mine), skating is an excellent alternative. Used skates are easy to find, and the freedom of traversing the neighborhood on skates is incomparable to anything else. It’s a great way to get moving and check out local parks, too.

While it doesn’t offer the flexibility of locking them up at the door like your bike, it does provide more opportunities for things like bird watching. It’s also a great exercise for your entire body. Be sure to rotate your wheels regularly, and always wear protective gear.
