#18: Go on Hikes
Is there anything better for your body than fresh air and exercise? Hiking not only gets you out and about, but you can also use your hikes to clean up local trails and document species in your area. You can also learn all about edible plants to add flavor to your food. It’s one of the best ways to practice mindfulness during these stressful times.
There are many websites and apps that can help you find the best places to hike, and there are also hiking clubs, so you don’t have to do it alone. Plus, hiking is excellent cardio and a great way to get in touch with nature. Invite a friend, and you’ll even be able to have intellectual conversations while strolling through the woods!
