#4: An Easier Way to Peel an Egg
Have you ever had to struggle with an egg to remove its shell? By the end of your battle, you’ve lost half the egg along with the shell, and you’re frustrated beyond all belief. It’s downright annoying, but it may not be the egg’s fault. Instead, you may just be using too fresh of an egg.

Fresh eggs have a low pH balance, which causes the shell to cling tightly to the inner part of the egg. However, if you allow the egg to age a bit more, the pH will increase, making it easier to peel the egg. So, let your eggs hang around a bit longer, and you’ll make peeling them a breeze!
