#17: And Don’t Forget to Floss
Brushing your teeth twice each day is vital for maintaining a beautiful, healthy smile. After all, nobody likes to look at someone with food stuck all over their teeth. Even worse is somebody whose teeth are yellowing because they haven’t kept up with their brushing habits. But what about people who do just the opposite?
Some folks are a bit overzealous in their dental habits and like to brush after every meal. Of course, we applaud those dedicated brushers, but perhaps it’s time we save them from themselves. You see, overbrushing can be just as harmful to your teeth as under-brushing or not brushing at all because it can damage your enamel. So give yourself a break if you’re an over-brusher, and only do it twice each day!
