#23: Poor Posture
You probably haven’t been told to “sit up straight” since you were a kid, and that’s likely the last time you did sit up straight! If we aren’t actively focused on our posture, it’s so easy to find ourselves in a slouch, slumping over. But as you probably already know, that’s a really bad habit.
Bad posture doesn’t just look sloppy, but it’s also likely to lead to health problems. In order to avoid nerve damage and other chronic pain, sitting up straight is vital. Try to remind yourself throughout the day to remember to practice good posture. Maybe it will soon become a good habit!
