#8: The Importance of Exercise
When things start getting busy in our daily schedules, the first thing we tend to sacrifice always seems to be exercise. In all honesty, we’re all just looking for an excuse not to exercise. “I just don’t have the time” is a common reaction to exercise. However, perhaps we should try looking at it from another angle: we can’t afford not to exercise.
Exercise is crucial for our overall well-being. The benefits last long after we’ve finished that jog. It keeps our bodies feeling well and able to fight off pain and illness better than if we weren’t in shape. So look at it this way – we can take the little time it requires to exercise a little bit each week, or we can suffer the long-term effects later. It’s up to you!
