#2: Silent Night, Holy Night
Some people might think this is too mean, but these people probably don’t have young children. Silent Night is perhaps the most popular Christmas carol, but you can’t truly have a silent night unless with your kids running around the house screaming. Although the holidays are the perfect time for us to spend some quality time with the family, it’s also the perfect opportunity to spend some quiet, alone time.

This might not be your traditional Christmas card – after all, the kids aren’t supposed to be tied up but standing next to the parents smiling – but for some people, this is what “silent night” means. And obviously, this is nothing but a harmless joke, and the kids were happy to cooperate, right? Right?
