52 Worn-Out Items That Have Clearly Been Used to the Max

This change over time will make most of us feel old. Someone came across an old VHS display that looks completely washed out and sun-bleached. Curious, they decided to pull out a few of the VHS tapes to see how the bottom half looked. They were in for a surprise! The bottom half of each VHS tape was in mint condition.  

It’s wild to think about how much the sun can change something. All of these VHS covers look ancient, even though they’re only about 20 years old. The ink and cardboard are completely leached of color thanks to the sun’s UV rays. It brings black-and-white television to mind. We think of those days as so long ago, but people still lived in full color.
