#38: Names in Translation
Translating names is always interesting – see the laundry detergent named Barf above. While the heart is there in the translation, very often things don’t translate as we’d all expect. And sometimes, names can translate to very funny and interesting (and completely different) names. See the examples of Huey, Dewey, and Louie below.

I think my favorite is the French translations, though German’s Tick, Trick, and Track are a close second. Really, all the translations listed here are so funny and interesting – and such a useless fact that we all can now say that we know!
