“Sleep is for the weak” and “I’ll sleep when I die” are two immensely popular phrases, specifically in regard to taking on too much. We want to stack our schedules with business and pleasure so we have zero time for resting. The person below doesn’t agree with the above sayings. “Well, actually, not sleeping is making you weaker…”
“…and decreasing your lifespan as you gloat about it right now. Sleep is essential, people.” Well, this person’s not wrong. Sleep is vital to our everyday function. You need it to survive. Lack of sleep can result in slower brain function, irritability, fuzziness, and much more. Your immune system can’t fight off disease as effectively while you’re running on an empty tank.
