Poignant Millennial Clapbacks at Baby Boomers

This person shared some first-hand anecdotal experience regarding Boomers and tipping. She’s found that Millennials are awesome tippers, and Boomers tend to give the bare minimum, if at all. This may be because Millennials work serving jobs themselves, or remember when they used to a few years back. The recent memories of how hard it is to get by on a server’s salary may inspire them to tip more.

Whatever the reason for this is, all we can say is that Boomers better step it up! Older people are usually the ones who have more money and better jobs, so they better share the wealth. Just a reminder that if you get great service somewhere, be sure to tip nicely! It’s rough out there and many service workers get by because of the tips they get.
