This office scandal is just plain weird. This storyteller worked with a senior engineer who took a two-week vacation. Pretty normal, right? Well, it wasn’t. Their coworker’s husband worked for a competing company and called her up with some weird news. The software engineer was working in his office while technically on vacation from the other place. 

Can you imagine taking a vacation to go work more? No thanks. This guy was taking over-employment to the next level and raking in double the pay in half the time. To this day, our storyteller isn’t sure why this software engineer was moonlighting at another company. Maybe he was trying out a job offer to see if he liked it better.
