This person experienced some very recent workplace drama, and it’s pretty juicy. The guy in the office who was in charge of company purchases got fired a few months ago. It turns out that he was defrauding the company by hundreds of thousands of dollars. He was purchasing stuff- for himself.

A ton of tools and supplies were charged to the company card and were nowhere to be found. Once this guy’s scam was revealed, it all made sense. This guy was an hourly employee who didn’t even work a full 8-hour shift every day. It was a little weird when he showed up to work in a brand-new Tesla one day. Interesting.
