Pasta, pasta, pasta. So much deliciousness in this extremely versatile food. Countless kinds of pasta types and sauces have been created. One of these is known as Spaghetti Carbonara, a dish made with eggs, hard cheese, cured pork, and black pepper.
However, once brought over from Italy to the US, one of the changes involved adding cream to the sauce, making the dish creamier as a whole. These are two completely different ways of cooking spaghetti carbonara. Which is your preference?
