For a year and a half, this person trained his pet bird with trust-building exercises, all so that he could put a little hat on his little head for one magnificent photo. The little kookaburra doesn’t seem amused, but it’s a wonder this person could place the hat on his head without him resisting and flying off.

This Wild West allusion is certainly entertaining, and it training a kookaburra seems like a legitimate use of your time if you have nothing better to do. Was it worth a year and a half of his life, just so he could take one photo that would make him a social media star? Maybe.
