McBruschetta?
Apparently, bruschetta and McDonald’s go hand-in-hand. Well, at least in Spain. If you’re looking for a healthier snack option, look no further than the Spanish McDonald’s menu items. You can get some tasty bruschetta appetizers, for starters. So, what’s bruschetta? It’s a toasted Italian bread that’s coated in olive oil and served with tomatoes and garlic.
Now, there’s something that’s sorely lacking from the bruschetta image above. They’re bereft of cheese! That bruschetta should be topped with nice feta cheese. Yummy in my tummy! You know, to add some extra color and flavor. Regardless, we’re envious that Spain appears to be ahead of the fast-food curb while we’re still stuck in traffic.
