#8: Less for More
Buying groceries is a huge ordeal for many people these days. With rising prices, most of us are conscious of how much we spend on a weekly basis. That’s what makes this misleading packaging all the more frustrating. Someone recently purchased ground turkey and noticed a huge discrepancy between the packaging and what they actually purchased.

This package says it contains one pound, or 453 grams, of meat. Well, it doesn’t. This frustrated shopper weighed the turkey on their scale and discovered that the package only contained 346 grams of meat. That’s a whole 100 grams less than advertised. What’s the point in spending money on a whole pound of meat if it doesn’t even exist? This seems like a legal violation of some sort.
