#5: How About No?
Have you ever been in an uncomfortable situation at work where a co-worker or your boss has asked something of you that isn’t in your job description but you felt compelled to agree to? Sometimes, these small asks are justified, but the vast majority of them are most certainly not.

The audacity of someone to ask a co-worker to take time during their lunch break to clean the kitchen just because she is a woman is beyond ridiculous. Why not pay someone to do that job instead of asking a co-worker to take time out of their day to clean it for you purely because of her gender?
