#31: If the Box Fits…
Shipping products can be tough for small businesses. Unless we’re talking about Amazon, businesses don’t have the capacity to store an endless supply of hundreds of boxes and envelopes in different sizes. Sometimes we have to give online businesses some grace. Other times, we can roast them on the internet.
This product was packaged in a box that was way too big. Plus, the “protective” paper filling wasn’t even doing its job. The headphones were crammed into one corner while the paper filling took up the rest of the box. You’d think the headphones would have been nestled among the paper, right? Maybe this company didn’t have smaller boxes. Maybe the business just got lazy with its packaging standards.
