#31: This Is a Restaurant That Respects Its Customers
This schnitzel right here is what I mean by a man-made feat of engineering. Forget the Golden Gate Bridge; this schnitzel is the very pinnacle of human ingenuity and creative skills. Not to mention cooking skills. I need to have the name of this restaurant, but I suspect it might not be located anywhere in the U.S.
Even though I understand the basic principles of schnitzel making, one this big somehow defies logic. I bet I could make a chicken breast into something flat enough to fit this circumference, but it would probably not taste good once it is put into my mouth.
