Aside from the initial bewilderment, I’m unsure exactly what reaction this photo inspires. There’s something about the incredibly smooth texture of this giant pancake, the way the light perfectly settles on its rim. There’s something truly enchanting about this giant, fluffy pancake in a wholly unexpected way.

This pancake almost looks too good to eat. Honestly, it would be a shame to eat it. At the same time, it would be so delicious. Who knew a rice cooker could produce such perfect pancakes? Not me. Now I’m tempted to get one. Anyhow, kudos to this person for making this glorious pancake.
