#33: Tote-Ally Specific
Reusable bags are great. They don’t break, are better for the environment, and they look nicer than plastic bags. Really, with the invention of reusable bags, there’s no reason to go back to using plastic bags. But this one bag in particular is pretty weird and specific. We know that reusable bags are meant to be used more than once, but we’ve never considered the exact number before.
According to the makers of this bag, it can only be reused up to 125 times. What happens when you use it 126 times? Does the bag catch on fire? Does it crumble into little pieces in your hands? And who’s counting, anyway? Should you keep notes of how many times you’ve used this bag so as not to pass the limit?
