#44: Meat Done Right
The person who posted this next picture explained it by saying that it was his first time eating schnitzel. So I totally understand why he thought he’d won the food lottery by getting the biggest piece of meat he had ever seen in his life. But guess what? This is just how big schnitzel is!
It is always made by pounding the meat very thin until it becomes quite large, and then it is seasoned and breaded and fried and you eat it with a squeeze of lemon juice on top and it is crisp and hot and delicious and oh my gosh I wish I was in Austria right now. Time to open up Google Flights and find a cheap ticket to Vienna!
