Challenges Along the Way
Unlike what you may think, it was easier to trade u in the first stages, because she was willing to take anything in an exchange for a bobby pin, a set of cheap earrings, or margarita glasses. However, as she was trading up, it was harder to find valuable trades for valuable items, and it was harder to find buyers.
However, Skipper never even considered giving up. According to her, she was willing to go on for years until she reached her goal – to trade something for a house. In a way, this project gave her purpose and meaning, as she was determined to make this dream come true while maintaining a full-time job.
