One Last Speed Bump in the Road
It wasn’t all smooth sailing; one of Demi’s final trades was for a solar-powered shed on wheels- in Vancouver, Canada. For different bureaucratic reasons, she had to wait six months before she could transport the vehicle over the border. During that time, she was looking for a person who’d be interested in trading the trailer for a house.
Alyssa Sager, the Canadian who traded her trailer for the Chipotle celebrity card, said she wasn’t going to use it herself. She planned on donating the daily Chipotle meal to a local women’s shelter in Vancouver or other populations in need. There’s a good reason why Skipper and she became close friends – they’re cut from the same cloth!
