#33: Spork You
Ah, yes, the spork. The culinary equivalent of a mullet… Business up top, party down below. I mean, seriously, who thought it was a good idea to combine a spoon and a fork into one utensil? It’s like trying to make a Swiss Army Knife out of a toothbrush and a shoelace.
When you use a spork, you’re not really getting the best of both worlds. The tines are never sharp enough to spear through anything effectively, and the spoon part is always too shallow to hold anything more than a small sip of soup. It’s like the spork is trying to be something it’s not and failing miserably.
