14. How Do You Expect Me to Keep to a Routine?
Teaching babies how to have a Circadian rhythm is certainly critical. For those unaware, the circadian rhythm is your internal body clock that tells you when it’s time to do things. When it’s morning and time to get up, when it’s mealtime, when it’s bedtime, and so on and so forth, your body communicates to you when it’s time.
For babies, helping them understand with that ol’ nonverbal communication will do wonders to helping them develop that internal clock. Routine is important to humans, and it doesn’t matter what age it is. Go ahead, give it a try.
