Whether you go on a hot dog-only or a grapefruit diet, you’re probably not eating the best diet for your body. Dieticians are begging you to stop thinking that they’re going to put you on some crazy diet. The biggest misconception about them is that they can tell you what to eat and your weight will just fall off.
Contrary to popular opinion, dieticians are there to teach you how to eat a balanced diet. They can help you learn about healthy foods and how to make them work with any medical conditions you may have. Unfortunately, they can’t wave a magic wand and make you eat better, but they can lead the way.
