#13: Which One Is It?
On the one hand, our company encourages us to take care of our mental health. On the other hand, they expect us to always be available and work around the clock. These two demands don’t really go together. It seems like having a healthy life-work balance and putting some boundaries at work is a good way to keep your sanity.

This is another work struggle that boomers simply didn’t have to deal with. They didn’t have to deal with this millennial paradox because, back in the day, companies didn’t care about the employees’ mental health and didn’t pretend to care. Now, there’s more awareness of mental health, and companies, as well as employees, have to learn how to balance this issue.
