Piece Be with You
If you can’t tell by now, we really love when companies shoe quirky attention to detail. Humans first landed on the moon in 1969, and if you look closely, you’ll see that this Saturn V Lego set has exactly 1969 pieces. It’s kind of a cute little way to pay tribute, even if most people miss it.
What is probably the most impressive about this is the planning and foresight that had to go into creating something this special. I mean, imagine designing a Lego blueprint to begin with. It’s got to be difficult, but to have a constraint like a number of pieces, and then for it to be 1969 pieces… it’s just a pretty amazing thing they’ve accomplished.
