Recreating a classic movie is always a risky endeavor, especially when the original holds such a cherished place in the hearts of audiences. In 2005, director Tim Burton took on this challenge when he tackled Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Fortunately, Burton managed to do justice to the beloved story, with Johnny Depp’s performance adding a fresh spin to the iconic factory owner character.
One of the early scenes in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory features Willy Wonka individually placing Golden Tickets on the back of chocolate bars.
